First for Auctions are going through exciting periods of growth and are looking for an Auction Consultant to join us on a permanent basis at our office in Wokingham town centre. To be successful in this role, you will need experience as a Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant within the property industry.

**Your role**: Auction Consultant
**Location**: Wokingham (office based)
**Total package**: OTE £25,000 - £30,000 plus laptop
**Working Hours**: Monday-Thursday 8:45am-6:00pm Friday 8:45am-5:30pm

**What will your day to day look like?**
- Advertise properties, arrange property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone
- Guiding applicants through the auction buying process
- Achieving personal and team sales targets
- Building strong relationships internally and externally
- Preparing accurate property details and data entry
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Deal with post auction sale work
- Supporting team with ad hoc tasks
- Conducting local property viewings, when required
- Qualifying applicants to assess their financial position and suitability for buying at auction
- Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitor activities
- Selling all company products and services strongly and ethically
- Contributing new marketing ideas and proactively supporting marketing initiatives

**To be considered for this role, you will need the following skills**:

- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the investment property market
- Calm, motivated and highly organised
- Possess strong influencing and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a target driven role
- Exemplary telephone manner
- Full valid UK driving licence
- Fluency in English is required
