A London based company located near Farringdon is recruiting for a Bookkeeper to join our small team. This is a part time, permanent office based role
**Responsibilities will include**:
Day to day finance processing - Purchase invoice entries on Xero
Accounts receivable - weekly credit control and raising sales invoices
Purchase ledger & supplier account reconciliation
Managing payment runs on a regular basis
Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
VAT reconciliations
General Office management and support
**Person specific**:
Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
Knowledge of Xero accounting software required
Knowledge of CIS desirable
Good attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This role will suit someone looking for part time, flexible role
2 days per week, days can be split over half days.
