Manager opportunity within an established M&A / Corporate Finance boutique practice offering exposure to buyside & sellside M&A, MBO and Growth Capital Raising deals.

**THE COMPANY**

This boutique M&A / Corporate Finance practice is led by Directors with a combined 50 years experience in the deal market and has established a strong reputation in the lower / mid-market space. The firm has a successful record in handling buyside and sellsideM&A transactions and raising finance to support MBO deals across a wide range of sectors. Due to continued growth in demand for their expertise, the firm's Directors now seek to appoint a Corporate Finance Manager.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Joining the practice as Corporate Finance Manager you will support the firms' Directors by project managing transactions in the c.£2m - £20m space, leading on many aspects of deal processes including lead advisory negotiations through to deal completion.You can expect to progress quickly into an Associate Director position and be part of the long-term succession plan for the practice culminating in promotion to Director.

As M&A / Corporate Finance Manager you can expect:

**THE PERSON**

You will be an ambitious Accountancy / Advisory professional able to demonstrate the following:

- ACA / ACCA Qualified (Top 10 / Mid-Tier / Independent firm background) or QBE
- Corporate Finance Transaction experience at small / mid-market level (c.2 - 4 years sector agnostic or specialist)
- A strong desire to develop your career to Director within a boutique lower / mid-market M&A advisory firm
