Mail Sorter Nights

We are currently recruiting for Christmas Mail Sorters to work for our client based in Preston.

We are offering a range of shifts - Nights ( 22.15 - 06.15 ).

Pay Rates: £14.81 p/h on Nights.

This is our clients busiest time of the year, and you will be required to be adaptable to carry out a multitude of tasks including helping unload mail and parcels from vans, moving them around the warehouse and then sorting them so they arrive at their destination safely, sometimes sorting over a million items in a single shift as a collective team.

To be considered for the role of a Mail Sorter;
" You should enjoy working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
" Be proactive and have a keen eye for detail
" Be flexible and adaptable to work on various tasks during a shift
" Able to push trolleys (up to 250kgs) and lift and move mail bags up to 11kg
" Have Excellent timekeeping and Ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
" No previous experience is needed as full training will be given.
