**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm

**Job Purpose**:
As a Career Advisor at Get Set UK, your role is all about nurturing the professional growth and success of our customers. You'll provide transformative career insights, advice, and guidance through one-to-one interviews and group sessions. Your professionalism and commitment to supporting our diverse customer base will drive your daily activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Provide Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) to support the customer's career development.
- Inspire and empower customers through individual coaching and dynamic group workshops.
- Help customers identify employment choices and overcome obstacles, tailoring guidance to their unique needs.

**Administration Responsibilities**:

- Craft strategic action plans for employment and training.
- Document the customer's journey to ensure compliance with the contract delivery.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Level 3 qualification in Careers/IAG.
- Confidence in working in a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ambitious and innovative in supporting customers to find sustainable employment.
- CV writing ability to empower customer growth.
- Networking skills to support commercial growth.
- Interview techniques guidance.
- Knowledge of computers, data entry, and MS Office.

**Education**:Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:Level 3 IAG Certification: 1 year (required) or willing to complete in the first month of employment.

**Employability**: 1 year (desirable).

**Mentoring**:1 year (Desirable)
