Key Responsibilities:
To plan production for the mill ensuring that production is recorded in an accurate and timely manner and in conjunction with the Operations Managers plan. Delivery of customer orders and manufacture blended feeds. To be responsible for the stocking and transfer of agricultural and farm animal feeds for the site and provide service to self-collect customers of bags/ bulk (use of fork lift and telehandler). To be responsible for all quality related activity and record keeping. To be involved in the smooth running and hygiene of the NEOS crushing plant.

To input or extract information using our business central computer system that controls everything from purchase of raw material to sale of goods.

To be the ‘front of house’ for greeting customers and delivery personnel

To supervise and operate the Blackbog blending plant in line with company policies and procedures

To be involved in the operation, cleaning and maintenance of the NEOS oilseed crushing plant

To be responsible for the company's stock of farm animal feeds at Blackbog

To provide all necessary reports on raw material stock levels, especially critical bulk materials

To work with the purchasing/production departments to ensure the timely arrival of raw materials into the mill to facilitate manufacture.

To have a good working knowledge of the company's products, procedures, and customers.

To assist with the production and tote-bagging of feeds when required and provide holiday cover for the Production Operatives

Skill Level:
Confident in computer ability including word and excel.

Ability to follow instruction both written and verbal.

Proactive attitude to work.

Experience in the use of forklift and telehandler preferred.

Qualifications:
No formal qualifications are required as all training will be given but must have a good level of English and maths.
