Multi-trade Builder

Brook Ellis Ltd is based in Romford, Essex and offers residential building services in Essex and East London. We offer our customers professional, skilled workmanship on a wide range of services from planning and building through to modernising and maintenance.

The company is growing and we are looking for more experienced Multi-Trade builders to join our fantastic team

**WITH AN IMMEDIATE START**

You must have skills with:

- plumbing,
- electrical,
- carpentry,
- bathroom/ kitchen fitting,
- tiling plastering and decorating,
- all aspects of building work including roofing

Jobs can involve working with loft conversions, extensions, commercial works, new builds, full refurbishments and general bathroom/kitchen fitting alongside maintenance.

There is always different work to be done and never a dull moment

About You

As an experienced multi-trade (5+ years), your work must be to a high standard.

You will be confident to work independently and as part of a team.

A great communicator and able to assist with planning for materials with good time management.

You can legally work in the UK and have good English communication skills. You will need top provide the relevant documentation to evidence this.

Day rate negotiable depending on experience and is paid weekly (you must arrange to pay your own tax for the freelance opportunity).

Working around East London, Essex and within the M25.
