**You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and handling customer enquiries with the upmost care and professionalism. This means listening carefully to customers, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that meet their expectations. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and to maintain a positive attitude even when under pressure.**

Commission is easily made which means more money to take home Simply, book in an appointment correctly. This is a fun yet professional working environment which makes it perfect for someone who wants to enter this line of work. Warm leads generated which means, no cold calling**

**It’s essential to have excellent communication skills and the ability to think on your feet. If you have these qualities and are looking for a rewarding job, then working as a call centre agent might just be the perfect fit for you**

**Monday to Thursday**

**2 weeks full training**

**20 days annual leave**

**4-day-week**

**Minimum wage (dependant on age) + OTE up to £45k commission.**
