Wedding Coordinator

We are looking for a Wedding Co-ordinator to join our team. This is a full-time role.

We are looking for a Wedding Co-ordinator to run weddings and take charge of the order of the day and to lead the day appropriately. The role will be based on having some longer working weeks during the summer months and some shorter working weeks in the winter months.

As this is an events-based role it will be expected that you will work some weekends and some bank holidays as the events are booked.

Admin is a large part of being a wedding co-ordinator so you must have excellent computer skills and have excellent grammar.

We hire all our staff internally so you wouldn't be working with agency staff and would be a part of a small team as we are a relatively new but growing wedding venue.

This is a rewarding position which allows you to be the face of a couple's wedding journey and special day bringing all the elements together to ensure everything runs smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- Must have access to a vehicle and a Full UK driving licence
- Must hold a Valid UK Passport or EU Citizens card
- Must be flexible with the days and hours you can work as weddings can be hosted on any day of the week with each wedding having a different requirement.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be happy to work longer weeks during the peak wedding season.
- Friendly, Polite and very presentable
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential
- Must have excellent computer skills
- 2+ year’s experience in hospitality
- Confident and happy to direct guests and staff, also make small introductions on the day e.g., introducing speeches at a wedding

Salary based on experience & capability: From £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year + Bonus

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
