**Repairs Administrator**

We are working with a leading affordable housing provider, who are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their team on a 3-month fixed term-contract. Our client is offering hybrid work, where you’d be required to travel to their Stafford-based offices twice a week.

**Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator**:

- Receive and respond to calls from clients accordingly, passing them to appropriate operatives where necessary.
- Assist in efficient resolution of tenant and client queries regarding outstanding repairs or appointment alterations.
- Process orders from clients and update spreadsheets to reflect this.
- Receive repair orders and appointments from clients, assisting with contract administration duties where needed.
- Maintain a complete and up-to-date database for the section.
- Prioritise reported repairs and generate work schedules via the company’s IT systems.
- Produce regular reports on work awaiting a start date, devising spreadsheets as appropriate and forwarding to relevant personnel/clients as directed.

**To be considered for the role of Repairs Administrator you may require**:

- Experience in managing work schedules and appointment arrangement.
- Experience in working within a customer-focussed environment.
- Notable Administration experience.
- Problem-solving skills.
