**Job description**:
We are looking for a new supervisor within our E-Commerce department who will be the first point of contact for all things online.

We currently operate 8 sales channels, and we are looking for someone to handle the day-to-day management of them, this includes both websites, eBay shops and Amazon.

You will be managing the official Vauxhall Accessories website and several other official automotive websites and so professionalism is essential.

You will be a highly driven and motivated individual, ready to take a step into a more senior position, with the ability to adapt and progress - the world of E-Commerce doesn’t stand still for long

**For this role, duties would include**:
Managing, creating and maintaining listings within our online marketplaces - this will also include weekly stock updates and health checks on listings.

Managing a portfolio of 100's of products with a focus on content and pricing.

Development and management of online marketing campaigns - analysing these campaigns to determine their profitability.

Building and maintaining strong business relationships with account managers, this will include couriers, suppliers, and service providers.

Identifying sales opportunities and ways to increase sales.

Analysing the customer journey, identifying trends, bounce rates and any problems, then work to implement fixes to develop websites - with a focus on sales and the user experience.

Using channel analysis and insight to improve online performance and drive sales.

Sourcing and implementing new programs/software to improve business processes

Working closely with Customer Service to identify customer experience issues and work to resolve these

Working closely with the warehouse manager to make sure the dispatch process runs smoothly and the correct couriers are being used.

**Required**:
Minimum 3 years of Website Maintenance and Management

Very Strong IT skills.

Efficient and ability to streamline tasks and processes to improve efficiency.

Knowledge of E-Comm/Online sales platforms.

A passion for driving sales online.

To be forward thinking and ability to embrace and drive change.

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all colleagues and customers.

Ability to read, understand and produce channel performance reports and recommend actions based on this data.

Experience in driving traffic and growing online sales.

Professional manner.

Proactive with the ability to organise and prioritise.

**Preferred**:
Any previous experience working in the automotive industry

Knowledge of CDK/Kerridge system (full training would be provided)

Knowledge of Linnworks and Zendesk

Knowledge of Magento and BigCommerce

**What we offer in return**:
Starting salary of between £30,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Plus performance based bonus

28 days holiday (inclusive of annual, bank/public days) increasing with service

A varying and interesting role within a growing company

Hours - Mon-Fri: 8:30-17:00 - no weekends, no bank holidays

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
