Dental Receptionist

The Wellington Clinic is one of the country’s leading Dental Practices and was awarded Best Practice in the South of UK at the Private Dentistry Awards. We offer high end general and cosmetic dentistry, implant and oral surgery, specialist orthodontic treatments and facial aesthetics.

We are looking for an exceptionally professional, confident, efficient, organised, proactive, enthusiastic and friendly receptionist to join our wonderful expanding team at our new clinic in Reigate.

Job Role:

- Deliver a 5 star customer experience
- Greet and welcome clients.
- Be confident and comfortable to deal VIP clients
- Take clients through to the waiting area and ensure they are comfortable and attended to.
- Take payments, arrange appointments and deal with enquiries.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday - full time or part part

**Experience**:

- customer service or receptionist: 3 years (preferred)

**Duties**:

- Billing and maintaining patient records
- Assisting with front office tasks as needed

Job Duties:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors
- Scheduling
- Managing correspondence
- Carrying out requests from management as needed
- Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
