Freelance Podcast Trainer

**The Role**

The Freelance Podcast Trainer will provide support to deliver training at CWTC.

As a Podcast Trainer, you will be working to provide training for beginners and execute marketing efforts to grow the audience, awareness, and revenue for the podcast channel.

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide training to learners to a structured plan.
- Work with learners and staff talents on the development and production of the podcast channel.
- Ensure that all podcast ads are running smoothly and effectively.
- Support the development and production of live podcasts.
- Lead the promotion of the podcasts shows.
- Develop a marketing plan to measure the effectivity of the strategies that were intended to raise the profile of the pods and the hosts.

- Previous experience in podcast marketing.
- The ability to collaborate and work with diverse learners and Guests.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and as a team player.
- A solutions-oriented mindset.

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Podcast Production: 2 years (preferred)
- Personal training: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
