Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for a HR Business Partner for one of our clients based at their head office in Sheffield. This is a highly commercial, fast paced organisation and the HR Business Partner role is an opportunityto work closely with the business leaders, stakeholders and wider HR team to help build organisational and people development across the business whilst improving overall capability.
As well as a competitive salary the role also offers a car allowance, hybrid working and excellent benefits.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Drive cultural change and develop capabilities required to grow the business
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Support and lead on people projects; existing and new initiatives
- Drive people elements of the business strategy including change management, organisational design and effectiveness
- Support the creation and delivery of the people strategy, focussing on growing, and attracting talent, leadership development, embedding an impactful diversity and inclusion agenda, and driving engagement
- Partner with leaders on development and performance improvement
- Provide expertise on the change required to create a high performing culture
- Support on complex employee relations
- Manage HR MI and reports
- Support the junior HR and admin team
To be successful in the role we're looking for the following:

- A highly competent HR Business Partner who can demonstrate an ability to drive business improvements through its people
- Experience gained within a high volume, fast paced commercial organisation e.g. logistics, fmcg, retail or similar
- Ideally MCIPD or level 5 or 7 CIPD
- A natural partner, influencer and excellent communicator who can build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide challenge
- Forward thinking and resilient with the ability to operate in an agile business
- Extensive HR/ER generalist experience at business partnering level
- Excellent coaching and development skills
- Strong commercial acumen
