**About the role**

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Support and Enforcement to join our Guinness Team. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy which is based in Oldham. We are currently operating hybrid working, which offers the opportunity to work 2 daysin the office and 3 days working from home. Specific days to be agreed during the on-boarding process.

The overall purpose of the role is to lead, inspire and motivate specialist support teams to manage escalated cases and complex issues for customers

**You’ll be able to demonstrate**:
Essential:

- Significant senior leadership and management experience gained within large complex housing or similar organisations.
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of performance, sustained customer satisfaction and consistently achieving business goals.
- Proven track record of strategic and operational planning, collaborative working and leading the delivery of high quality customer focused services.
- Experience of complex budget setting, management and control at a senior level.
- Understanding of health and safety, risk and regulatory requirements for a housing organisation.
- Experience of delivering business improvement that has benefitted employees, customers and the business.
- Experience of delivering significant structural and cultural organisational change.
- Excellent oral and written communications across large teams/in complex organisations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to maximise use of new technologies for you and your team.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Leadership and Management Standard.
- Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.

Desirable:

- Experience of operating within the housing or public sector.

Essential qualifications:

- Educated to Level 6 (Degree or equivalent) or higher and/or relevant professional qualification._
