**Your new company**
A vibrant and fast paced regional Contractor in South Derbyshire, cover a range of projects across multiple sectors including NHS, Education, Leisure, Residential and Heritage.

**Your new role**
As an Assistant Site Manager you will report to the Contracts Manager, in ensuring that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, setting in place clear and achievable guidelines/goals.
You will be stepping up as number one on site on occasion utilising your skills and experience of managing staff, orders and health and safety. You will be working across a range of projects meaning there will be very little monotony and gives the company awide range across the project pipeline.

**What you'll need to succeed**
As an Assistant Site Manager you will have experience within a similar role across a range of projects ideally more than one sector. You will have experience of Health and Safety procedures, day to day running of a site, confidence to attend and contributeto site meetings.
You will have excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, contractors, senior staff and trades workers.
You will be keen to progress and run your own sites and develop into project/site leading roles.
