Sytner Trade Parts Telesales Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

- Using the relevant questioning techniques, understand the customers' needs and communicating with all customers professionally.
- Deliver the required output in line with business KPI's, contributing positively to the overall company performance
- Maintain a good working knowledge of current product and sales campaigns across the Mercedes-Benz product range and communicate this effectively to our customers as appropriate
- Positively contribute to minimising missed calls through efficient call handling whilst still providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Positively contribute to creating a dynamic and fun working environment.
- Fully comply with all GDPR and other regulatory obligations as required by the business
- Ideally you will demonstrate a professional curiosity necessary to maintain an up to date understanding of our products and services and be able to share that with our customers
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested

**About You**

Ideally, you will have the following skills:

- Articulate and excellent communicator
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Inbound and/or outbound telesales experience
- Able to multi-task and use own initiative
- Able to maintain a calm demeanour during busy periods
- Comfortable speaking to customers via the phone and able to adjust tone to individual customers whilst always maintaining a professional but friendly approach
