**Welder (Training on TIG)**
Workshop-based, commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, North Bristol, Tewkesbury, Stroud and surrounding areas.
**£25,000 - £31,000 (OTE: £28,000 - £35,000) + TIG Welding Training + Optional Overtime + Long-term Progression + Great Work/Life Balance + Holidays + Pension + Pay Reviews + Days**
Are you a Welder with a background in either MIG or TIG, looking for technical training on TIG welding and fabrication, plenty of optional overtime to boost your earnings and Long-term career progression to senior management?
On offer is an interesting and varied role which offers internal and external training to develop yourself as a technical expert within an industry leading family-run company where your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.
This well-established company are national market leaders in fabrication and design of bespoke products supplied a variety of industries. They are a family-run company and have a close-knit team feel, creating an excellent working environment. Due to growthand internal promotions, this company are looking for an additional Welder to join their highly skilled team of engineers.
This role would suit a TIG Welder that wants plenty of overtime to boost their earnings and long-term progression to senior management, or a MIG welder that wants training on TIG Welding to technically develop.
The Role:
*TIG Welding of stainless steel and aluminium components ranging from 0.9mm to 3mm in thickness.
**Days: Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 4:30pm), Friday (8:30am - 2pm).**
*Workshop-based, commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, North Bristol, Tewkesbury, Stroud and surrounding areas.
