**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Carry own caseload under supervision and undertake holistic assessments including risk of the child/adolescent/family needs, either individually or in identified complex cases jointly with another member of the CAMHS community team.
- Take responsibility for maintaining accurate and timely records of all work undertaken in accordance with Trust policies and Professional body requirements.
- Ensure high standards of care are provided, and that regard to dignity, individuality, self-esteem and wellbeing of individuals and their families are given. Monitored and evaluated on a continuous basis.
- Promote effective liaison with all statutory and voluntary agencies concerned with CYP and mental health.
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.
**You’ll have the following qualification/experience**:
- Registered NMC Pin.
- 6 months experience within a similar role within the NHS or Private hospital.
*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
