**Your Role**:
As our Youth Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

- Social Impact: Delve into social and economic issues that affect our youth.
- Strategic Interventions: Develop and execute intervention plans and engaging activities.
- Counseling: Provide counseling services to individual young people, making a real difference.
- Safety Advocate: Maintain a secure space, and be open to a criminal records check (DBS).
- Innovative Approach: Be ready to work with youth in creative, non-traditional ways.
- Knowledge Sharing: Educate our youth about the challenges they face.
- Community Builders: Support our youth in becoming active contributors to their communities.
- Leadership: Showcase your leadership abilities by guiding a team of dedicated youth workers.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.12-£12.23 per hour

Expected hours: 19.5 per week

**Experience**:

- Youth Mentoring: 4 years (required)
- Childcare: 3 years (required)
