MacManus Asset Finance Ltd is a small business in CAERPHILLY, CF83 3GG. Our company started in 2005 and is an FCA authorised and regulated commercial finance brokerage. We provide a range of finance facilities to businesses across the UK, including asset finance, business loans, invoice finance, car finance and tax loans. We are a very small team and are seeking to recruit motivated and ambitious individuals who are interested in becoming commercial finance brokers..

We are looking to recruit a Trainee Commercial Finance Broker to assist the growth of the business by sourcing, negotiating and closing new business opportunities, providing business finance solutions to companies across the UK.

The successful applicant will need to be comfortable spending around 80% of their time generating new business opportunities, so will need to be tenacious, confident on the phone and resilient in the face of rejection.

The applicant will also undertake incoming call answering and message taking, client and funder meetings, providing admin and sales support to other team members as required.

The applicant will report directly to the Managing Director and will support them in all manner of sales and administrative duties as required from time to time.

On the job training will be provided with the aim of developing the successful applicant into a skilled commercial finance broker, with the ability to increase their earning potential significantly.

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
