**Library Supervisor (Job ref: TOT013)**

**Salary**: £27,058 per annum/ £14.02 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Totnes Library

We are looking for a confident leader to deliver innovative, high-quality services at Totnes Library and overseeing Buckfastleigh Library. You will need to be able to work with your staff team and community partners to maximise our impact in Totnes.

You will deliver excellent customer experience, responding to the needs of communities, working with the team and community partners to maximise our impact.

The role is also responsible for line management of staff, creating partnerships, running events and dealing with building related issues.

You will bring experience of developing effective community partnerships, excellent digital skills and an ability to deliver agreed outcomes.

You will have experience of working with the public in a demanding frontline customer service environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £14.02 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
