Due to the retirement of our current postholder, Parkfield Primary School is seeking to recruit a committed caretaker to join our small team. We are looking for a hardworking person to help us keep our school site safe and keep our school looking outstanding.

Our new caretaker will have day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance, safety and cleanliness of our school building and grounds, reporting to the School Business Manager.

**We are looking for**:

- someone who will take pride in making sure our school building and grounds provide the right environment for children and staff to work and learn;
- a good team member who can also work using their own initiative;
- someone who can provide a high level of cleanliness and hygiene for everyone in school;
- someone who has an understanding of health and safety in public buildings;
- Someone who is willing to work flexibly with the schools other caretaker.
