**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Create innovative and visually appealing cocktails with precision and flair
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and recommending drink options
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and equipment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of drinks
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Upsell and promote special drinks and events to enhance the customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred, but not required
- Extensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Cambridge
