**Auditor Coach - Stoke / Elland / Preston**

Joining Davies as an Auditor Coach as part of the central Training & Quality Team, means you will conduct technical file audits across teams within the Property Desk business to ensure accuracy of process, technical and regulatory procedures in line with the Company and Client requirements. You will be dedicated to a nominated team, but also required to support the wider property desk business.

The role is based across our offices in Stoke-on-Trent, Elland and Preston so there is a requirement to travel, where necessary, to the nominated office to deliver training/feedback/support.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Audit claim files in line with Company and client requirements.
- Audit the Audit of Telephony calls and associated file activity in line with Company and client requirements.
- Work closely with the Team Leaders to deliver 1-2-1 Feedback with associated documents ie GROW.
- Deskside Coaching to support the property desk teams and the business associated to audit findings.
- Classroom Training Delivery/Technical Workshops
- Write material - classroom sessions/procedural documents and processes to drive improvements across the Team and Claims business associated to Property Desk
- To support with ‘sign off’ of new employees and existing employees through Roadmap.
- Work closely with Managers and Team Leaders to flag any concerns linked to staff competency and provide recommendations on gap needs and calibration of audit
- Work closely with Managers and Team Leaders to produce and monitor root cause analysis of audit findings.
- Work closely with Managers and Team Leaders in client liaison and client calibration
- To play an active role within the Property management team, including involvement in Team meetings to ensure quality remains an active part of operational strategy

**Key Requirements**:

- Required: Minimum 12 months claims handling experience
- Preferred: Cross class business ie DPS/Property/Commercial/Marine/Caravan etc
- Preferred : Cert CILA
- IT Literature including good understanding of word and excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent Personal Skills - both telephone and face to face
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work to deadlines whilst prioritizing work load
- Must be able to multi-task
- Commitment to developing skills in training and coaching
- Confident in talking in front of groups of people
