Pret-a-Portrait is a contemporary school photography company based in beautiful offices in rural Hertfordshire, operating in a number of countries worldwide.

We require someone to join our very friendly Customer Service team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like a fun and interesting job and who enjoys talking to people.

To be a Customer Service agent in our team, you must:

- Have good customer services skills
- Be friendly and enjoy talking to people
- Have a great telephone manner
- Have great computer skills

**Main Tasks**:
The main duties of the role will include, but are not limited to:

- To log any complaints and help the customer with the resolution as soon as possible.
- Any other required ad hoc requests in any part of the business.

**Working Hours**:
Monday-Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.

Please note that you will require a car to get to our rural location as there is no public transport nearby.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Buntingford, SG9 0RU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- drivers licence and vehicle. (required)
