Reparation Practitioner

We are looking for a Reparation Practitioner to join our Youth Justice Service on a part-time basis.
**The role will be permanent and part-time. The salary will be pro-rated according to the hours/days of the role.**
An important element of our work is to encourage children and young people to consider the impact of their actions and think about what they may need to do to repair any harm caused to others by completing Community or direct reparation.
The Reparation Practitioner works closely with Victim Liaison, Volunteer and Referral Order Coordinator, allowing for national standards to be delivered in an innovative, restorative way. The Reparation Practitioner will lead in new Youth Justice community projects, groups workshops and offer one to one support to children and young people.
