**Workshop PDI & Final Assembly Assistant**

**Purpose of the Role**

To be a custodian of the brand and build a growing, profitable, sustainable Kärcher Service Business.

To provide customers with Kärcher accredited pre-delivery inspections for new equipment from our storage warehouse based in Rushden as well as at our head office in Banbury.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

To maintain a high standard of service and repair on all cleaning equipment ensuring the delivery of a world class service experience.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Carry out PDI’s (pre delivery inspections) in accordance to the PDI sheets at our Rusden & Banbury sites.
- Palletise and secure machines ahead of despatch.
- Ensuring all machines are valleted and are presented to the correct standard
- To ensure all documentation and service reports are completed accurately.
- Liaising with the other departments where required.
- To provide support to fellow team members.

Undertaking specific tasks as required by workshop manager.

**Your qualifications, experience and characteristics are**
- GCSE A-C (9-4) or equivalent in Maths & English
- Good understanding of all Microsoft Packages
- Ability to work under pressure
- To be a team player and technically minded
- Full UK Driving License
