**Purpose of role**:
As a Cashier, you will work as a part of our team to provide an excellent experience to all our customers, assisting them in sending money abroad.

You may be required to work at a range of our branches so flexibility is required.

**Role details**:

- Ensure customers receive an exceptional level of **customer service**.
- **Supporting our customers** to send money to different countries.
- Buying and selling foreign currencies.
- Cash handling experience.

**Essential work skills**:

- **_Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese;_**
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Money handling experience;
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Work calmly under pressure;
- Strong numeracy and computer skills;
- Being attentive and patient;
- Flexible;
- Strong time management skill;
- Willingness to learn.

**_This role requires flexible working, including weekends. 40 hours per week across five days. The rota is provided two weeks in advance. A travel allowance is provided for zones 1 to 3._**
