**Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, permanent**

Are you looking for your first job within Insurance? If yes then look no further My client, a national business who specialise in various areas of Insurance, is looking for a switched on, enthusiastic Insurance Claims Handler to join their team.

**Duties include**:

- Managing customer claims from start to finish in a timely, efficient manner and providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Speaking with customers over the phone, listening carefully and taking precise notes in relation to the claim
- Recording all information on the CRM database and updating when appropriate
- Keeping customers up to date with the progress of their claim
- Meeting and exceeding customer expectations
- Building strong relationships with both customers and internal colleagues
- Following company policies and acting with integrity at all times

**To be considered for this role, you must have/be**:

- A desire to begin a career within Insurance
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Ability to work well in a team and use initiative
- Excellent listening skills
- Good problem solving skills
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent)
