**Leasing Consultant Role**
Due to exceptional growth since launching in June 2021, we are offering an incredible opportunity to join the team based out of our idyllic lakeside, and conveniently placed office in Cheadle, Stockport. This is an office based role.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who have the drive and ambition to hit monthly sales targets and have a passion for offering excellent levels of customer service.
We are a new and exciting vehicle leasing broker with huge ambitions and growth plans. We have been widely covered as a new and different leasing broker who have a firm eye on climate positivity as well as offering a consultative approach to the way we do business, and our clients love it.
Vavoom Leasing seek only the best talented sales staff to facilitate our SME (sub 25 vehicle fleets) and private clientele market. You must have solid contract hire experience and ideally have knowledge of the various lease funding platforms, be used to a fast-paced environment and be hungry to serve clients in a consultative manner. You will have your clients’ interests and requirements at the heart of what you do, utilise your own initiative and be a team player.
You will need to be used to negotiating with both clients and dealers with a highly professional telephone manner and good IT skills.
**Key responsibilities and skills of the role will include**:
- Dealing with inbound enquiries regarding new vehicle leasing
- Develop and establish your sales pipeline with customers - from lead through to delivery and deliver sales in line with KPIs
- Deliver your own business development opportunities
- Negotiate leasing rates with clients
- Be able to spot and discuss requirements for additional vehicles
- Work with our admin team to prepare client packs and documentation
- Have an awareness of market conditions and be able to talk about key matters with clients
**Essential skills**
- Excellent Communication both written & verbal
- Excellent listening skills when dealing in B2C and B2B roles
- Ability to make confident decisions
- Ability to establish good working relationships
- Work well under pressure and to be able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds
- A consistent professional approach to all tasks
**Preferable skills**:
- Telesales or call centre experience
- Vehicle Leasing or Vehicle Sales experience is sought but training will be provided
- An understanding of new vehicle models and a passion when talking about them
- Telephone negotiation skills and the ability to adapt your approach
As a Vehicle Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for servicing warm leads quickly and efficiently and when the leads convert, managing your own accounts. Organisation is key and of paramount importance when dealing with clients from the start of their journey until their renewal.

Base salary is £21,000 depending on experience but earning potential is uncapped with an OTE of £50,600 (which includes a base salary of £21,000).
Our standard office hours are 9am - 5.30pm.
