A role has arisen for a RTA Fee Earner to join a growing team. As an RTA Fee Earner, you will manage a mixed caseload of small claims and fast track RTA matters.
**Client Details**
We are a well-established Personal Injury law firm seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join our reputable RTA team. This is an excellent chance to join a highly regarded firm.
**Profile**:
- To have a good working knowledge of road traffic accidents and relevant case law
- To have a good working knowledge of road traffic accidents and relevant case law
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and a proactive approach to all aspects of work
- Demonstrate strong decision making skill s
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- Be able to contribute to the profitability of the team as a whole
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including client awareness and client care
- Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Have a good knowledge of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in use of Proclaim case management system
**Job Offer**:
- Competitive salary, £40,000 per annum + bonus. The firm recognise the importance of flexibility and have a mixed model way of working, which offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office-working, offering flexibility for everyone.This position offers a "hybrid" working pattern, with 3 days a week working from home and 2 days a week to be based from Bradford. 37.5 hours per week (09:00 - 17:30)
**Salary**: £40,000.00 per year
