Land Surveyor

**Job Overview**:
We are currently looking for a Land Surveyor to join our expanding team. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects across a range of sectors, using the latest technology such as total stations, GNSS Rovers and Laser Scanners.

We are looking to hear from experienced surveyors keen to take the next step in their careers and build on existing knowledge and experience.

**Experience/ Skills**:

- Able to complete Topographic surveys, basic Setting Out skills, Measured Building surveys (preferable)
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of processing software and AutoCAD
- Consistently deliver high quality work on time
- Confident and clear communicator - both written and verbal
- Professional manner with excellent customer facing skills
- Flexible and accommodating attitude (some working away from home will be required as we operate nationally)
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence

Pay: £26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

- Land Surveying: 1 year (preferred)
- Topographic Surveying: 1 year (required)
- Setting Out skills: 1 year (required)
- Measured Building Surveying: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- CSCS (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
