One to One are recruiting on behalf of a technology company for an **experienced Helpdesk Administrator** to support customer contracts, technology deployment projects, software commissioning and ongoing customer and internal team support. With your excellent communication and administration experience you will be able to:
1. Provide post technology deployment commissioning
- entering data labelling and carrying out software platform setup for each customer site using the software platform.

2. Add photos, trace site plans and other information into a cloud software platform.

3. Answer company telephones and arrange staff diaries

4. Provide support to the Tech Ops managers and Contracts/Projects Managers.

6. Manage with problems for onsite issues, faults and software platform queries.

7. Ask questions about customer issues and explain possible solutions

8. Dealing with common or basic technical issues such as resetting passwords

9. Updating knowledge bases with details of common problems which customers can view online

10. Using helpdesk software to log calls with descriptions of issues, progress and solutions

11. Escalate calls to a team of 2nd line support staff if the problem is more complex

**This is a full time, permanent role is based in Derby.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Derby, DE23 8BG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
