We are looking for a Financial Operations Executive - Treasury to join our friendly Finance Operations team. This role will be responsible for processing payments through online banking portals, reconciling bank accounts and supporting Purchase Order/Purchase Ledger processes.

This role will provide a professional, effective and high standard of service to stakeholders across the business and external providers, working in line with agreed processes and procedures and handle high levels of payments and supply accurate financial information on a timely basis. Key responsibilities also include;
- Running payment process via BACS & Cheques inc approval validation
- Developing and maintain excellent working relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external)
- Bank reconciliation & daily analysis of cash movements
- Input into short term cash forecast process
- Reviewing and transfer of funds between accounts as required
- Contact point and administration of expenses and company credit card programme
- Administration of bank accounts and payment systems
- Supplier verification
- Managing workload in order of priority
- Supporting the wider Finance Operations team as required - incl Purchase Order/Purchase Ledger processes
- Supporting the Manager and Senior Manager with other ad hoc tasks

**You’ll ideally have experience in a similar role, demonstrating;**
- Excellent communication skills & stakeholder management
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Excel and analytical skills
- Knowledge and understanding of financial control processes
- Organisational skills and working to deadlines & targets
- Experience of online corporate banking portals preferred
