Are you interested in leading an expanding team providing a psychological service for Children in Care in Brighton and Hove? We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with leadership skills/experience in working in an attachment and trauma informed model with Children and Young people in Care.

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to consolidate and further develop our work in the Brighton and Hove Children in Care Psychology Service. You will provide the clinical leadership of a small team of psychological therapists.

**The role will involve management, service development, supervision, consultation, and training, alongside some time dedicated to groups and other direct clinical work with children and their Carers.**

**We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal, clinical, and consultation skills and experience of service development and good knowledge of the impact of developmental trauma alongside core CAMHS knowledge. Ideally you will have training and experience in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy and Practice.**

**The team work closely with our Brighton and Hove Social Care (BHSC) colleagues to support the emotional wellbeing/mental health needs of children in care. BHSC work to an innovative relation
- based model **which support children from the assessment stage through the whole of their journey across social work services. Their social workers are trained in the Adaptive Mentalisation Based Integrative Treatment (AMBIT) model.
