IT Application Engineer

We are working with a fantastic Norwich based business that are looking for an IT Application Engineer to join their growing team.
Reporting to the IT Manager, this role will include:

- IT/ Application Support
- Articulating technology to both business and technical
- Resolving issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the Company mission and values
- Producing Technical documentation
- Listening to, understanding and conveying customer requirements
- Performing technical / product training
- Carrying out routine Maintenance tasks
- IT & Application Support
- SharePoint/Office 365
- SQL server & databases
- MS Access
- Dynamics GP
- Working in a Prince2 environment

This position would be well suited for someone who has a real passion for IT as well as someone who can work individually and as part of a team, engaging multiple stakeholders. You will be required to be working on multiple incidents and projects simultaneously,and coordinating third parties for support and development. This will mean working in a fast paced environment so you'll need to be a strong communicator and a natural at resolving complex issues under pressure.
