WHAT TO EXPECT DAY TO DAY

The Logistics lead will need a high level of organisation, time management, and attention to detail to ensure customer orders are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. The Logistics Lead will also ensure team members comply with company policies and maintain a high level of safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare & Process Kelvatek Sales Orders, Camlin Rail Orders, Camlin Power Orders, Camlin Photonics Orders
- Control Invoicing for Customer facing Sales orders
- Update Shipping databases for the above companies
- Sign & log Invoices from Finance for all customer facing Orders that have Shipped
- Attend QDIP Morning Boards
- Attend Operations Escalation Boards
- Report on Weekly Scorecard
- Meet and liase with Sales and Global Services Department Teams
- Custom Clearances
- Arrange collections on request from all Camlin sites
- Stock Claiming
- Stock checks for Engineering orders and Despatch Stock
- Review sales orders pan to ensure order priorities are correct
- Creating appropriate shipping documents

YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Customs clearance experience
- Experience on trader support
- Experience of Chamber of Commerce Applications
- Ability to review sales orders
- Ability to create shipping documents and labels
- Able to work occasional over time if required
- A good team player capable of delivering excellent results under pressure and to strict deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Quality focused
- Adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
- Good IT and Administration skills
- A positive "can do" enthusiastic attitude towards addressing the technical challenges facing Camlin Technologies and our clients
