**This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join a multidisciplinary planning-led architecture practice based in Cornwall, working across architectural sectors but specialising in bespoke housing design.

The company consists of a dynamic team of chartered architects, architectural technologists, landscape architects and town planners that work together closely and collectively to offer their clients a fully integrated approach to development.
In this role you will be utilising your advanced knowledge of detailed technical design and construction methods to provide detailed drawing packages for the company's ongoing projects.

**The Role:
*Create tender and construction phase drawing packages.
*Liaise with structural and civil/mechanical engineers in regard to specific technical details to include within drawings
*Attending on-site meetings when required.
*Based out of offices near Truro.
**The Person**:
*Great teamwork skills.
*Solid understanding of UK building regulations (LABC/NHBC).
*Great project management skills.
*CIAT membership desirable (or working towards MCIAT).
*Experience in AutoCAD or 3D drawing software desirable.
*Within a commutable distance to offices near Truro, Cornwall.
