Excellent opportunity for an aspiring Buyer to join a renowned housebuilder whilst gaining full on the job training with massive progression opportunities.
On offer is the chance to join a reputable housebuilder. You will gain hands on training from experienced Buyers, further your qualifications and skillset, as well as progressing to Senior/ Managerial levels in the business.

This well-established 5 star housebuilder specialise in the development of residential developments across the country. This company are thriving in the market and have ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years which will see them turnover double the amountof plots. Due to this they are looking to bring on an Assistant Buyer to join the team on a permanent basis.

In this role you will be office based in Lichfield, working in the Midlands division. You will work in the Commercial department alongside the Senior Buyer who will support in hands on training. You will be responsible for liaising with suppliers and sites,placing requisition orders, producing main contractor orders whilst working towards deadlines and budgets. You will be office and site based with the flexibility to work from home once settled within the business. You will require a full driving licence forthis role as there will be travel to site. You will need to be driven, enthusiastic and a team player.
