**Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

You’ll be joining a vibrant HR team of 10, you’d make us 11 We’re all here to support each other, working towards our individual goals as a cohesive unit. This role is key to supporting all facets of our company, ensuring we’re compliant and up to date in all areas of our policies. You’ll be able to structure your day and tasks in a way that works for you, in order to meet your KPIs. However, there will also be times when all attention is needed on one particular project.

**What We Need from Yü**:
**Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing**:

- Review existing policies and assess if they are still current and valid.
- Ensure the type of content, writing style, and tone of voice matches the target audience and is appropriate for the policy type.
- Ensure branding is consistent across all policy documents and aligned with editorial standards.
- Manage the policy SharePoint zone, removing outdated policies and uploading revised documents.
- Lead the quality checking process for all policy documentation, maintaining policy controls and sign-off dates.
- Take complex material and industry jargon and streamline them into linear, engaging content that is accessible to all. Easy to read and easy to rely on in a court of law.
- Propose and develop new policies and procedures when needed.
- Play an active role in all aspects of content planning, purpose, and structure.
- Research, write, self-edit, all policy documentation.
- See through all content from ideation to execution ensuring all necessary stakeholders have reviewed and approved.
- Provide ongoing copywriting and editorial support where needed.
- Keep up to date with industry changes, proactively updating policies, rather than reactively.
- Be able to work within the framework, identify where it isn't working and be able to work with key stakeholders to develop the policy sign off framework where necessary.

- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in English, marketing, communications, media, or journalism or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a professional writer.
- Demonstrated multitasking and time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
- A natural problem solver with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
