Parent Host

We are looking for a vibrant, friendly and professional parent host to work at our children’s football training sessions.

Each week, you will monitor entrances to the sessions and manage the registers for each age group. As you get to know the players and their families each week, you will work in collaboration with the coaching team towards building a WMF Academy community. You will be responsible for answering questions from parents, taking notes and making sure attendees are happy.

Your role will often involve you being the first point of call for the parents who come through the WMF Stratford doors and will be key to their overall experience.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Welcoming children and parents to sessions
- Signing children in to sessions
- Converting trial sessions into weekly customer bookings
- Adhoc support for coaches during sessions
- Supporting coaches with set up and clear down

**Applicants should ideally have the following**:

- A valid DBS check. If you do not have this, please let us know
- Emergency First Aid qualification
