**Blackburn with Darwen Borough Councils’ Wellbeing Service is looking to recruit a highly organised, enthusiastic, and empathetic individual to work as a Wellbeing Hub Adviser as part **of **a wider healthy **lifestyles team.**

**About the role**:As a Wellbeing Hub Adviser, you will receive referrals from health professionals, and wider partners. You will also receive web-based and telephone enquiries from members of the public about our wide range of services. You will be making contact with people to discuss their individual circumstances, and ultimately guiding them to the right support. To maintain excellent collaboration with our partners, you will be working from sites across Pennine Lancashire from time-to-time.

- We are a small, friendly team who sit right at the heart of the_ _Wellbeing Service. We are the first point of contact for anyone accessing the variety of services available through the Hub. We get job satisfaction when we know that we have enabled someone to access the right support for them, whether that is getting information about a local community exercise class, completing a 12-week exercise programme, or achieving their wellbeing goals following one-to-one support._

**About you**:You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, be non-judgemental and approachable as well as being able to contribute positively to team working. You must have a flexible approach to work, and the ability to travel across Pennine Lancashire (including Blackburn with Darwen, Burnley, Pendle, Rossendale, Hyndburn and Ribble Valley).
