**Role and Responsibilities**
- Ownership of the all-preconstruction activities to ensure all strategic tender opportunities are managed to the highest possible standards
- Collation and management of company rate book ensuring all rates, outputs and resource builds up are maintained in line with latest market conditions
- Preparation of monthly board updates on preconstruction activities and future opportunity pipeline
- Seeking and monitoring strategic industry opportunities and forming market / client access strategies
- Promotion of the business to potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing client preconstruction teams
- Preparation of tender adjudication reports
- Preparation of risk and opportunity registers
- Preparation and implementation of delivery team handover pack

**Essential Competence and Experience**
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent numerical skills

- Understanding of project risks and opportunities
- Experience of producing high quality detailed work to strict deadlines
