**Employment Advisor - The Role**:
We are currently looking to recruit an Employment Advisor to join our Work and Learn team, you will be working on the Restart Programme supporting people back into the workplace.

This exciting opportunity will provide you with a varied and interesting role to work as part of an award - winning team, and will give you job satisfaction that most other work cannot.

As part of your role, you will support the team to maintain support notes and records, track progress, complete assessments, to set objectives and record outcomes. It is a target monitored programme by our contract partner G4S.

**Employment Advisor - About You**:
We are looking for extraordinary talent to join our team. We are looking for a range of skills, including organisation, self-motivation, and determination to enable people to succeed. Your role will be to deliver support and targeted interventions to a range of disadvantaged jobseekers across the Kendal and South Lakes area.

You will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check (Paid for by Right2work, T&Cs apply)
