Excellent opportunity for a Junior Estimator to join a well-established family run business where you will work on a range of interesting residential new builds and refurbishment projects whilst having excellent opportunities to grow your career.

This well-established small to medium residential contractor work on a range of projects which include new build properties and refurbishments of historical homes. The company are a family run business and pride themselves on delivering a high spec and qualityservice to all their customers. Therefore, they have developed an outstanding reputation and have to continued to increase their workload. They are now looking to bring an ambitious Junior Estimator into their team.
In this role you will learn from senior members of staff and will be responsible for preparing estimates for tender proposals as well as hand over budgets to the commercial department for take on. You will also monitor budgets for tenders, pitches and proposalswhilst having the opportunity to progress in your career.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Estimator to join an expanding company with increasing workload, opportunities for training and career progression alongside a great salary and package.

- Based from the office in Surrey

- Working on a variety of residential new build and refurbishment projects

The Person:

- Junior Estimator
- Experience in similar role (placement year etc)
- Full UK Driving License
