**JOB TITLE**:Concierge Assistant

**JOB REFERENCE**:CA 12/23

**REPORTING TO**:Reception Manager.

**HOURS**: Full Time, based on 4/5 days out of 7 including weekends. Typical shift pattern 11am-5pm but may include morning or evening shifts.

**LOCATION**: Galgorm (Ballymena).

**SALARY**:Starting Salary 10.92, Payscale up to £12.92 per hour.

**About the role**:
**As Concierge Assistant your role is to support to Reception and Concierge teams in the efficient storage and delivery of guest luggage and amenities.**

**We are looking for someone with a proactive, flexible approach to work who will be focused on working as part of a team and delivering outstanding customer service, every time.**

**The Position**:
**The main responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to;**

**- Storage and delivery of guest luggage.**

**- Setting up refreshment stations at Hotel Reception desks.**

**- Responding to requests for assistance via our internal system HotSOS.**

**- Assisting our Concierge and Reception teams in the delivery of excellent customer service.**

**The Person**:
**Applicants must**:
**- Display a flexible work approach and be willing to work in a fast-paced, active environment.**

**- Have a keen interest in delivering exceptional customer service.**

**- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.**

**- Hold adequate IT skills & preferably previous experience using service software.**

**- Have strong teamwork skills.**

**- Have the ability to prioritise their time and the importance of various tasks.**

**Desirable;**

**- Hold a full clean driving license.**

**- Have previously worked in a customer service role.**

**- Have previous experience in the hospitality sector.**
