Seeking a Customer Services/Sales Administrator to join an established team on a fixed term maternity contract with potential for a full time permanent role.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and help achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Communicate regularly with internal and external customers
- Support the improvement of processes to improve customer experience
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Deal with customers in a trade counter environment
- Assist Marketing and Accounts function as and when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
- Hands on experience with Sage Accounts Line 50, CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines

The role is offered on a full-time basis of 8.30am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri and office based.
