- Transfer data from various formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders.
- Type in data provided directly from engineers.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of databases
- Ability to prioritise works to satisfy client demands.
- General administration duties.
- Answering telephone calls, and distributing to relevant department.
- Liaise with line manager to keep fully informed all details of progress of daily tasks.
- Work as part of a team to organise workload.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
