We require an Accounts Assistant to support the finance team in our busy office environment. You will be enthusiastic, keen to learn and be adaptable to the roles you're asked to undertake.

**What you will do**:
Supporting with all accounts functions including the following:

- Credit Control
- Taking customer card payments
- Allocating payments to customer accounts
- Purchase Ledger
- Purchase order processing and receipting
- Supplier statement reconciling
- to assist in preparation or regular ad hoc office administration duties as required.

**What you'll need**:

- Experience in Excel and Microsoft word
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Friendly, diligent and enthusiastic to learn

Experience with Merlin Accounts System preferred but not essential as all training will be provided.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
